Whether you're a first time buyer or just starting to explore what's possible, this free community event is designed to help you take the next step toward homeownership. Join us for a morning of practical education on housing rights, down payment assistance, and the resources available to buyers across Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Topics covered include:

• CalHFA down payment assistance programs
• Understanding your VantageScore and credit
• C.A.R. resources for buyers
• Riverside & San Bernardino County housing resources

Breakfast, community resources, and giveaways will be provided. Bring a friend, a family member, or anyone curious about what it takes to become a homeowner.
