The job description of the Finance Committee is to propose annual budget and periodic adjustments as required; conduct reviews of financial statements; analyze the financial impact of proposed Association programs and projects, and make recommendations regarding them to the Board of Directors.

The Finance Committee meetings are closed to REALTOR® committee members and invited guests.
