Job Description: Proposes an annual budget to be considered by the Board of Directors at their September or October meeting. Conducts reviews of monthly and yearend financial statements; analyze financial impact of proposed Association programs and projects and make recommendations regarding them to the Board of Directors. Audits the financial statements including the Association’s monthly bank statements, investment statements, and credit card statements. The Committee has the responsibility to advise the Board of Directors on the operation and performance of the TIGAR Investment Account(s). The members will discharge their duties solely on behalf of TIGAR Investment and Reserve Policies.
