The East Valley Association of REALTORS® and The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® have an exciting and significant initiative that we would like to share with you - the upcoming association merger vote, scheduled to begin on March 21, 2024. Over the past few months, a dedicated task force comprised of representatives from both organizations has been diligently working on the details of a proposed merger. We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors from both organizations has reviewed and approved the merger proposal as presented. While voting is only open to REALTOR® members, we place a high value on the opinions and insight of our Affiliate Members and invite you to join us for two in-person, Affiliate-only Merger Town Hall meetings where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any details as they pertain to your membership and the future of the association. The Town Hall meetings will be held on Monday, February 26th, first at the EVAR Redlands Office (820 W. Colton Ave., Redlands, CA 92374) from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, and the second at the TIGAR Corona location (321 E. Sixth Street, Corona, CA 92879) from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Affiliate members from both associations may attend at either location, and we strongly encourage your attendance. In addition to the scheduled Town Hall meetings, we have created a website with more information about the merger that is available to all members. This website addresses common questions and provides clarity on various aspects of the proposed merger. We encourage all members to review this website before the Town Halls.
