Beth Kristensen is a broker/Realtor with EXP of California. She was the previous broker/owner of Premier Realty & Consulting Inc as well as Real Property Management Integrity. Raised in a “real estate family” in Big Bear Lake, California. Beth has been licensed in California as a Realtor?Broker since 1996. During the past 27 years in the Inland Empire she has been a top producer with Century 21, Keller Williams and Re/Max and currently with EXP as well as owned and operated 4 real estate offices in Yorba Linda, Riverside, Ontario and Norco. Previously she was the Broker/Owner of a large property management company with her licensed husband of 36 years as well as a real estate sales office in Riverside California.
During the last 27 years she has had transactions in commercial, residential, leasing of strip centers, multi-unit sales and leasing. Specializing in Short Sales as well as Foreclosed properties known as REOs. Beth is an active volunteer at her church, BIA Building Industry Association, Tigar Board of Realtors, sits on the grievance committee and the pro standards committee, and was a traveling State Director with the board as well.
