Carl Henderson, MA. Ed is an enthusiastic coach, Realtor, and educator with two decades of experience leading and coaching teams. As a former athletic coach and seasoned educator, Henderson has dedicated his life to mentoring young men and women, reminding them to have courage through adversity in the pursuit of their goals and dreams. 

Henderson's autobiography, Victor Valley to West Point, recounts the author's determination to overcome life's trials and tribulations as he navigated football stardom and the dream he eventually gave up. SWORD Leadership, his framework on leadership, explains the necessary characteristics of a Do it First leader. Henderson also advocates for positive coping strategies as he published The 100 Day Journal Challenge and The Mental Fitness Journal.

Henderson lives in the Inland Empire area of Southern California where he produces Fit Fishing on YouTube as "Arvel #theFitRealtor."
