New Member Orientation - (PALM DESERT)

Description

Please register for the New Member Orientation on Tuesday, July 14th at 9:00 AM held at the CDAR Office (44475 Monterey Avenue, Palm Desert, CA). Check-in is at 8:30 AM (with a light Continental breakfast served). The Orientation session begins promptly at 9:00 AM and will conclude by 10:30 AM. Our Orientation session is an in-person event, and all members must attend in-person to receive credit. The session will include an Introduction to Leadership and Staff, finding out what your membership gets you, a Beginner MLS tips session, and more! Prior to taking our New Member Orientation, you must also complete the mandatory NAR Online Ethics Training session for new members. You must complete this course prior to attendance of Orientation so that you can be officially sworn in as a REALTOR® member. You must also watch the following videos on Anti-Trust, Fair Housing, and NAR Bias Override. Please note that for you to receive credit for our New Member Orientation, you MUST attend the full Orientation session. There will be no exceptions made to this requirement.
