The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® is pleased to offer a convenient monthly payment plan to help members manage their annual REALTOR® dues and quarterly MLS fees. This flexible option allows you to spread payments over an 11-month period, making it easier to budget for your membership expenses without the need for a large, upfront payment. This payment plan is just one of the ways we support our members and ensure that you can continue enjoying the resources, networking, and industry support offered by the Association. To get started, please review the instructions below and complete the 2026 Payment Plan Agreement. Additional terms and conditions are provided on the next page for your review and initials.
Once your agreement is approved, the down payment of $342 will be charged. The remaining ten (10) payments of $105 will then be automatically charged on the 1st of each month, continuing until September 1, 2026.

- If you were a REALTOR® member in 2025, select "Renewing Member".

- **Office Name**: Start typing your brokerage office name, then select it from the suggested list.
**Note**: By enrolling, you agree that payments cannot be canceled or paused until the balance is fully paid.
