DESCRIPTION:REALTORS  have a unique opportunity to shape the organizations\, industry\, and communities they serve. The CDIG Leadership Academy is designed to illuminate the path to leadership and identify and develop members with the interest and potential to become effective leaders within the REALTOR  organization and beyond.Participants will gain a deeper understanding of CDIG\, the California Association of REALTORS  (C.A.R.)\, and the National Association of REALTORS  (NAR)\; explore pathways to leadership and service\; learn about advocacy\, housing\, and community issues\; and strengthen practical leadership\, communication\, and presentation skills. The 2027 Academy program will include three immersive in-person sessions\, participation in C.A.R. Legislative Day and Midyear Meetings in Sacramento\, a class project\, and additional opportunities to engage with Association\, industry\, community\, and government leaders.
