I am a real estate professional with diverse hands-on experience including buying and selling of properties, creative financing, mortgage, investing, property management, and training.
In addition, I am able to help clients defer ALL capital gains tax on the sale of any highly appreciated assets, including primary residences. I provide them with: liquidity, diversification, optimal timing, cash flow, new depreciation schedules, flexibility, and freedom. I can also defer tax on highly appreciated commercial real estate (CRE), public and private stock businesses, and cryptocurrencies. We can even move assets outside of the taxable estate to avoid the 40% estate tax. I can assist with a failed 1031 exchange as well.
