2025 Payment Plan Agreement

The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® is pleased to offer a convenient monthly payment plan to help members manage their annual REALTOR® dues and quarterly MLS fees. This flexible option allows you to spread payments over a 10-month period, making it easier to budget for your membership expenses without the need for a large, upfront payment. This payment plan is just one of the ways we support our members and ensure that you can continue enjoying the resources, networking, and industry support offered by the Association. To get started, please review the instructions below and complete the 2025 Payment Plan Agreement. Additional terms and conditions are provided on the next page for your review and initials.

Once your agreement is approved, the initial payment will be charged. The remaining seven (7) payments of $125 will then be automatically charged on the 1st of each month, continuing until August 1, 2025.

- **Member Status**: 

   - If you were a REALTOR® member in 2024, select "Renewing Member".

   - If you are a returning REALTOR® member who "DID NOT" pay 2024 dues, select "Reinstating Member (Not Active in 2024)".

   - If you are newly licensed select "New Member Payment Plan".

**Important: Use the email associated with your membership account.**

- **Office Name**: Start typing your brokerage office name, then select it from the suggested list.

**Note**: By enrolling, you agree that payments cannot be canceled or paused until the balance is fully paid.
