Nominations for REALTOR® of the Year Award

Nominations can be submitted by any TIGAR REALTOR® member in good standing.

Awarding the prestigious REALTOR® of the Year Awards has been a very welcome addition to our Installation Event.  We need your help in making this award possible.  You are invited to nominate REALTOR® members from any office whom you believe to be deserving of a REALTOR® of the Year Award.  The nominee must be a current REALTOR® of The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS®. Nominees will be awarded points based on the following criteria:

REALTOR® of the Year Award:

• Association Involvement {Maximum Points – 50}
• C.A.R. Involvement {Maximum Points – 5}
• N.A.R. Involvement {Maximum Points – 5}
• TIGAR (and formerly EVAR) Events – {Maximum points - 19}
• Community Involvement {Maximum Points – 20}
• Actively in the Business {Maximum Points – 10}
• Professional Excellence – Training and Education that the REALTOR® takes on his/her own accord to become more knowledgeable.  Designations (Maximum Points – 5}
• Professional Reputation (REALTOR® who best exemplifies the REALTOR® spirit – high principles of integrity, adherence of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and furtherance of the principles of real estate practice among brokers, agents and the general public

Complete the appropriate TIGAR REALTOR® of the Year Nomination Form.

You may submit multiple nominations.

• The selection of the recipients remains confidential until the Installation
• Nominations must be received by Friday, October 4, 2024.
• Only TIGAR REALTOR® members in good standing may submit a nomination.
• A single nomination assures consideration by the Board of Directors.
• Nominees will be considered based on criteria and service, not on the number of nominations.
