This class provides Realtors with practical guidance on legal sensitivity in real estate transactions, with a focus on religious sensitivity, responding appropriately to religious statements, and recognizing name-related bias. Agents will learn how to communicate professionally, avoid discriminatory practices, and protect themselves and their clients while complying with fair housing and ethical standards.
