Digital Signatures in zipForm & Transact

Description

Streamline the signing process for you and your clients using the electronic signature tools inside your transaction. Transactions support two integrated e-Sign platforms—Authentisign and DocuSign®—giving you flexibility to track, edit, and manage digital signatures for your transaction documents. Both Authentisign and DocuSign® are programmed to auto-populate signature, date, and initial tags on most of your real estate forms. Authentisign is the member benefit signing service inside both zipForm and Transact and provides unlimited digital signatures for documents within your transactions. DocuSign® is a paid third-party signing service that integrates with your zipForm account. Unlike Authentisign, DocuSign requires a separate paid subscription, which is optional. We will cover how to prepare and send a signing packet, track packet progress, and edit the packet if needed.
